Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, is called ceramic fiber blanket because one of its main components is aluminum oxide, which is also the main component of porcelain. Ceramic fiber blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fiber jet blanket and ceramic fiber silk blanket. Ceramic fiber silk blanket is superior to ceramic fiber jet blanket in thermal insulation performance due to its long fiber length and low thermal conductivity. Most thermal insulation pipeline construction uses ceramic fiber silk blanket.
