Ceramic fiber lining is the heart of the industrial kiln, without it, the industrial kiln will not be able to operate. High temperature anchorage is the “secret weapon” to connect the ceramic fiber furnace lining to the industrial kiln. It “hides” in the ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber folding block and other refractory units that make up the refractory lining, connects the ceramic fiber module into a body, fixes the furnace lining on the furnace body, and protects itself from fire damage.
How should the designer choose the high temperature anchorage that matches the ceramic fiber furnace lining?
The selection of high temperature anchorage material should generally be based on the working temperature of the location of the high temperature anchorage, and whether it is directly in contact with the smoke.
The modular laminated composite lining structure is adopted, and the anchoring parts are fixed on the cold side without direct contact with the flue gas. The working temperature at the top of the high-temperature anchoring parts is calculated by the thermal engineer, and the materials are selected according to the relevant provisions of the temperature of the heat-resistant alloy steel anchoring parts, as follows:
Under the condition of direct contact with flue gas, the highest operating temperature of S304 OCr18Ni9 high temperature anchorage is 650C;
The maximum operating temperature of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti material is 750°C;
The maximum operating temperature of S310 Cr25Ni20 high temperature anchorage is 1050°C;
The maximum operating temperature of lnconel601 high temperature anchors is 1100° C.
At the above temperature, the anchor has not only a certain corrosion resistance, but also has a high temperature bearing capacity. If it is used in an electric furnace and is not connected with the flue gas, the maximum use temperature of the high-temperature anchorage will be higher.
