The rule is as follows:
The same material ceramic fiber material (also known as aluminum silicate fiber material) is used in electric furnaces at a temperature 50 to 100° C higher than that of gas furnaces
Oil furnace height 150~200°C.
Ceramic fiber materials of the same material are used in oxidizing or neutral furnace gas at a higher temperature than in reducing furnace gas and dust slag containing sulfur and low melting point oxides
Under the condition of high 100~150° C.
The use temperature of ceramic fiber material of the same material in continuous furnace is 50℃ lower than that of interstice furnace.
