1. Derusting: Before construction, the steel structure needs to derust the copper plate on the furnace wall to meet the welding requirements. 2. Wiring: According to the arrangement position of ceramic fiber modules shown in the design drawings, pay off the furnace wall plate and mark the arrangement position of anchor bolts at welding points. 3. Welding bolts: According to the design regulations, the bolts with corresponding length shall be welded on the furnace wall plate according to the welding requirements. During welding, protective measures shall be taken for the threaded part of the bolts, and welding slag shall not be splashed on the threaded part of the bolts, and the welding quality shall be guaranteed. 4. Coating high-temperature anticorrosive coating: According to the regulations of design drawings, evenly coat high-temperature anticorrosive coating at the weld of furnace wall plate and bolt root, and the coating thickness is 3Kg/m2. When brushing, protective measures shall be taken for the threaded part of the bolt, and the paint shall not splash down on the threaded part of the bolt. 5. Installation of tiled carpet: pave the first layer of fiber carpet, and then pave the second layer of fiber carpet. The joint of the first and second layers of carpet should be staggered by not less than 100 mm.. In order to facilitate the construction, the roof tiling needs to be temporarily fixed with quick cards.
